Pay-As-You-Go Eviction

"Pay-as-you-go" simply means breaking the process down and paying for it a step at a time. 

You will incur less expense up front. This is because we will not go to the court and get an order setting a hearing at the beginning of the process.  We will only schedule a heairng if the tenant responds to the summons and complaint.

However, if the tenant wants a hearing they are entitled to one.  If there is a hearing the pay-as-you-go plan will take longer than a fast track eviction.
