rental property owner and experienced landlord attorney. T. Scott Eller Law Firm serves all of King County,
Pierce County, and Snohomish County. Mr. Eller has extensive experience in real property matters and his practice
focuses almost exclusively on landlord-tenant and real property law.
Mr. Eller is in court almost daily on landlord-tenant matters and is well known among
colleagues, court staff, and the bench.
Mr. Eller graduated from Tennessee Technological University in 1993 with a B.S. Political Science and a B.S. in history. He had
a 4.0 in honors courses, was on the dean's list, and received advanced placement in English based on excellent ACT scores.
Mr. Eller earned his J.D. from the University
of Tennessee College of Law where he graduated in 1996. Mr. Eller was awarded the Harold C. Warner
Scholarship and was on the dean's list and the Moot Court Board.
Mr. Eller resides in King County Washington's eastside where
he is active in the local schools and community.
