About Us

All tenants in Seattle must be provided a copy of the tenant information packet.  Always have the tenant sign acknowledgment of receipt of the packet.  The packet is available from the Department of Design, Construction and Land Use or on our eviction forms page. 
 
Failure to provide the packet gives the tenant the right to terminate the lease and sue the landlord for a penalty of $100.00, actual damages, reasonable attorney fees and costs.  SMC 7.24.090.
