Access Evictions .com is published by a landlord attorney
providing service to the Seattle - King County, Tacoma - Pierce County and Everett - Snohomish County areas.
A lawyer will personally handle your eviction case from start to finish at rates competitive with, and often lower than, an
eviction "service". There is no eviction service middle-man to deal with - or pay.
Talk directly with the landlord attorney who will handle your eviction.
We handle residential, commercial, foreclosure and other evictions.
Call 888-88-EVICT (888-883-8428)
or submit a consultation request to begin the eviction process.
We have two eviction plans, Fast Track Eviction and Pay-as-You-Go Eviction. Fast Track Eviction is more aggressive and, while it costs more up front,
usually saves time and money. Pay-as-You-Go Eviction costs less up front and will save you money if the tenant does not
resist the eviction and just "gives up" early in the process.
Many tenants will answer the summons and complaint, if only to buy time.
Therefore, a Fast Track Eviction approach is often more effective.
We can handle the eviction from notice through hearing, if necessary,
at a competitive rate. There is no eviction service middleman, who often is not an attorney, cannot give legal advice, and
whose fees may not include the attorney.
Most landlords choose to serve the eviction notice themselves. Using the eviction notice and serving the eviction notice
correctly is important for a faster and smoother eviction process.
